We met Gary George several years ago and have worked closely with him and his team to enhance the growth of our property portfolio.
Before we worked with Think we had experienced difficulty in streamlining our mortgage requirements with the Banks. In order to purchase each new property, we had to start at the beginning with setting up a mortgage. We have found that the networks Gary and Think works with are far superior to any networks we could develop.
We often felt frustrated because we knew the property market very well but often we could not convince our banker of our knowledge of the market. This is essentially a relationship issue and it was made more complicated by the fact that bankers are not often property wise and have to operate with restrictions around how much people can borrow.
When Gary and Think came on the scene his knowledge of our portfolio meant that we did not need to explain our situation from the beginning each time. The problem continues to be solved by Gary sourcing our loans, giving sound advice regarding the market and the particular property we are interested in, and streamlining the whole process.
We are continuing to improve our portfolio with valuable assets which have increased as a result of the confidence we have in Gary and Think to provide the solutions. I have referred several people to Think Mortgage Solutions and they have expressed their satisfaction at the outcomes they received.

We were a young couple struggling with our home mortgage, but with the intent of property investing.
