Think Mortgage Solutions Limited trading as Think Financial 2011 Limited was formed in 2004 by Gary George.

Prior to becoming an independent mortgage broker Gary had over 23 years experience in the Finance Industry ranging from NZ based Banks to Overseas Nationals, his roles have been varied from Branch Managerial positions of 18 staff, to Managerial positions for special projects, to Area Manager Positions.

Gary has been an independent mortgage adviser for 8 years. Think Financial not only offers an incredibly experienced Financial Advice team lead by Gary but also an experienced insurance advisor to ensure ongoing professional care of our clients.

Gary is the recipient of a number of finance sales and service awards recognizing outstanding achievement. Gary is also a fully accredited member of the NZMBA (New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association).

Gary has been married for 24 years to Kim also a local Professional, and they have two children.
